  The sad news of the death of Mrs. Rice, wife of Captain Rice, Commander of the tug Eleu, was learned last Saturday evening. Mrs. Rich had been sufferting with dropsy for some time past. She leave a large family and many warm friends to mourn her loss. The funeral, which took place yesterday afternoon, was followed by a large number of friends of the deceased
