He is survived by sons Royal, Francis and William "Billy" Jr.; daughter Wehilani Ching; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Service: 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Valley of the Temples. Call after 8 a.m. Burial to follow. Aloha attire.
