  Mrs. Loughbom was born in Kansas City, KS, and was a lifelong resident. She was preceded in death by her husband, Judge Chester H. Loughbom, in 1953. Mrs. Loughbom leaves her son and daughter-in-law, Robert D. and Carolyn Loughbom, Lenexa, KS, and daughter, Janet Davee, Overland Park, KS, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
