  Mr. Isham Arrington, an old citizen, died last Friday and was buried Saturday at Big Spring.

 Temporary Bond - Estate of Isham Arrington, Dec'd

  Know all men by these presents that we Charles J. Arrington as principal and W. A. Sheats security are held and firmly bound unto Robt. G. Crain Ordinary of said County and to his successors in office in the sum of four hundred dollars to the payment of which will and truly to be made we bind ourselves and heirs, executors and administrators of us and each of us firmly by these presents. Subscribed with our hands and sealed with our seals this 22nd day of June 1900.
  The condition of the above bond on obligation is such that whereas the above bound Charles J. Arrington has this day applied to the said Robt. G. Crain Ordinary for and has obtained temporary letters of administration of the goods and chattels, rights and credits of Isham Arrington, deceased. Now if the above bound Charles J. Arrington shall carefully collect and preserve from wastes on loss all the goods and chattels and effects of the said Isham Arrington deceased, and shall make on cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all such estate and the same being so preserved, so surrender up such estate and effects with the inventory aforesaid unto the legal and proper Administration on or by the first Monday in September next or so soon thereafter as the Ordinary shall direct with all his other actings and doings therein, then this obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force of law. All rights of homestead an exemption is hearby waived by each of us as to this obligation.

  Know all men by these presents that we Charles J. Arrington, W. A. Ridley are held and firmly bound and obliged unto the Honorable the Ordinary of said County for the time being and his successors in office in the sum of Three Thousand Dollars to be paid to the said Ordinary his successors in office or assigns for which payment will and truly to be made and now we bind ourselves jointly and severally and each of our heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated at Franklin, Ga the 6th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand and nine hundred (1900).
  The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound Charles J. Arrington administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of Isham Arrington deceased do make a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased which have or shall come to the hands possession or knowledge of the said Charles J. Arrington or in the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him and the same so made to exhibit in the Court of Ordinary of said County when he shall be thereunto required and such goods, chattels and credits do well and truly administer according to law and make a just and true account of his actings and doings therein when required by the Superior Court or the Ordinary for said County. And all the rest of the goods chattels and credits which shall be found remaining upon the account of the said Administrator the paid bring first allowed by the said Court shall deliver and pay to such persons respectively as are entitled to the same by law. And if it shall hereafter appear that any last will and testament was made by the said deceased and the same be proved before the Court and the execution obtain a certificate of the probate thereof and the said Charles J. Arrington do in such case if required -?- and deliver up the said letters of Administration then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force.
