Notes
a. Note:   Notes for Robert Davis:
He was in the household of his parents in 1860 but not found later. He is not mentioned in the Bonner Bible, which seems to indicate he died young, since he was unknown to the person who filled in the Bible. One Robert A. Davis was a private in Co. E. 19th Georgia Regiment, Colquitt's brigade, the same company in which Robert's brother James Monroe served. Robert A. Davis was admitted to the Chimborazo Hospital No. 4 in Richmond, Va. on 4 Aug 1862, suffering from debility and chronic diarrhea. It was stated that he was very ill when admitted. He died in the hospital on 28 Aug 1862. Mary J. Davis, widow, filed a claim 3 Sep 1863, and $68.26 was found due.
