Heard Co, GA If I ever come across Chesley I will let you know. Cheryl Mann Killian * Subject: Re: Davis of Monroe & Heard Co, GA Date: 8/3/2006 4:42:47 A.M. Pacific Daylight Time From: fbcheryl@@netscape.net To: VCJFreeman@@aol.com Yes, Mary's name came from the DC of Sarah Frances Davis Arrington I know the Heard county Forbus; where they lived, who they married I found confirmation they might have all been born in SC but were raised in Elbert co, GA New connection; Sarah Forbus Skipper, the wife of Levi Skipper is the (Step)Mother-in-law to Abby Arrington. Levi's daughter Martha married Abby Sarah Forbus Skipper is the Aunt of Sarah Frances Davis Arrington and Sister of Mary Forbus Davis Page 23 of the Absalom Arrington book Both Martha's mother, Sally (Sarah) Forbus Skipper and her grandmother, Sarah Forbus, are buried at Beulah Church in Randolph county, AL. . . . . Beulah (Hillabahatchee) is at the end of Arrington Road, Heard Co, GA I've been to their graves. Someone puts flowers on the graves on the right side of Sarah Forbus.... ... .there are no markers so I will have to leave a note in the winter time when the grass isn't being cut. Yes I look at Chesley quite often, he fits, his name dosen't. . . . I really would like to "FIND" the pension record for Mary Forbus Davis. Have you ever thought the children of Rev William Davis and Jocie Johnston are not correct?? They are the ones I keep looking at. . . How well, that is enough about Davis' and Forbus' Cheryl Mann Killian ps did not proof this (SORRY if you find some errors)
