Note: Leora Belle Rushman Reames died at the home of her daughter Valerie Reames Joslin , where she had been living for four and one half years. Due to poor health, she was unable to live by herself. She was diabetic and suffered many tia"s and strokes in her last years. The last year of her life, Hospice of Lapeer Co. helped with her care so she was able to die peacefully at her daughters home in Oxford, Michigan.
