Note: Sydney married May - one of 7 sisters. He built a house on the Needham Road, Harleston called Haroldstone. May's sister Ida was widowed in the first world war and he built a house for her next door called Rudenahalle. Sydney ran G Denny & Sons with his brother. He moved to The Old House in ???? This was a large house in the middle of Harleston and they ran it as a guest house. The people who crewed the R111 Airship in Pulham stayed at the guest house. May developed TB and died. Sydney then married Kathleen. Kathleen had been a guest at the Old House as she was the pharmacist for the local doctor. Sydney was an accomplished amateur photographer.
