Pacific Standard Time Subj: Joseph Nixon Harrison Hagarman Nixon, born May 17, 1827 This is my grandmother's grandfather, he was in the civil war, and lived with my grandmother when she was 12 years old. He drew his civil war pension at age 92 and lived to be around 96. Also, have a few old pictures of him and his wife, one in his ninety's. He was captured and sent to Illinois union prison. My grandmother said he walked home after the war barefooted. My grandmother mother was Minnie Addy by marriage and maiden name was a Nixon. My grandmother was Florine Addy Todd. My brother has the original pictures. Got a copy of his C. War pension papers off the Coweta Genealogical website. He was from Haralson, GA. Ron Beaucham
