  Will be sold at public outcry in Turin on Wednesday, Oct. 12th at 10 o'clock
 a.m, the following property: One 5 room house and one and one quarter acres
 of land in the town of Turin where Mrs. W.D. Hardy resided at the time of
 her death. Also, at the same time and place, the land of the Mr. and Mrs.
 W.D. Hardy estate, known as the W.D. Hardy home place, in the Sixth
 district, and consisting of 202 1/2 acres of land, more or less. This is a
 well improved farm and has all necessary houses, barns, etc.
