  FREEMAN -- Died at a private sanitarium Saturday evening, February 23, 1924, Mr. Robert C. Freeman, of West Point, Ga., in his 63d year. He is survived by one daughter, Miss Gabriella Freeman, West Point, Ga.; sister, Mrs. J. S. Horsley, Jr., West Point, Ga.; brothers, Mr. Myron E. Freeman, Mr. William S. Freeman, Opelika, Ala.; Mr. E. B. Freeman and Mr. Pope W. Freeman, West Point, Ga. The remains will be taken to West Point, Ga., this (Sunday) afternoon, February 24, 1924, at 1:25 o'clock via A. & W. P. railway, where the funeral services will be held tomorrow (Monday) morning, February, 25, 1924, at 10:30 o'clock at the residence of Mrs. Ada Lanier. H. M. Patterson & Son.

  Robert Freeman, Leader in Cotton Industry, is Dead
  Robert C. Freeman, of West Point, Ga., president of the Dixie Cotton Mills, and one of the most prominent officials in the cotton industry of this section of the country, died Saturday night at a local hospital. Mr. Freeman was 62 years old.
  He is survived by one daughter, Miss Gabriella Freeman; one sister, Mrs. J. S. Horsley, of West Point, Ga., and four brothers, E. B., M. E., W. E., and P. W. Freeman.
  Mr. Freeman's body was taken to West Point Sunday for funeral services and interment.

  Final Services Held for Robert Freeman; Rests in West Point

  Funeral Services for Robert C. Freeman, 62, of West Point, who died Saturday at an Atlanta hospital were held Monday at West Point. Interment was in the Pine Woods (Pinewood) cemetery.
  Freeman, who was a leader in the textile industry, was a brother of Myron E. Freeman, prominent Atlanta jeweler. He was connected with the West Point Mills, Dixie Mills at LaGrange, Anchor Duck Mills, of Rome, and other leading cotton plants.
  Mr. Freeman was a member of the West Point Christian church and the West Point Rotary club.
  Surviving him are a daughter, Miss Gabriella Freeman, of West Point; a sister, Mrs. J. S. Horsley, of West Point, and four brothers, Myron E. Freeman, of Atlanta; William S. Freeman, of Opelika, Ala., and Pope W. Freeman, of West Point. [Note the 4th brother, E. B. per obit above, was not named in this one.]
