 note: Information from a relative in Finland:
  your ancestor Matti Johonpoika moved to Jurva, Niemenkylä (Niemi = Cape, kylä = village, Niemenkylä = Cape village). I don’t know how they could buy the farm (Niemistö from the year 1910), part of the originally large Niemi farm, that was separated to several smaller farm at that time. However, my and your ancestors used “Niemi” as the second name to the beginning of 20th century. But there were a lot of families in Niemenkylä, who used the same name Niemi, not half of the village, but almost. And still similar was name “Korpi” or “Korpela”, the other original farm here, where your grandmother’s mother was born.
 Your grandfather’s father was married with Anna Liisa Eliaantytär b. 10.11.1855, from Perä farm, near to village center of Jurva (4 miles from us). Perhaps they lived in one separated part of original Perä farm, that named Ojanperä (perä=end, oja=ditch, Ojanperä=Ditchend). So, Victor used both names Niemi and Ojanperä, first from his father and second from his mother (or place where he lived as a child).
