James Arnold stated that the heirs of Elizabeth were Thadeus A., Sarah E., Nancy E., John and Elenore B. Vanlandingham as far as he knows who reside in Boone County, MO - that the deceased died without a will and that he will make a perfect inventory - - . James Arnold as principal and James Vanlandingham and Mathenias Vanlandingham as security and held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the just and full sum of six hundred dollars---.
