A 12 year resident of Concord. Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Harriet Bieber of Concord. Also survived by 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Services were held on Monday, February 7, at 2:30 pm, at OUIMET BROS. CONCORD FUNERAL CHAPEL. Family requests memorials to a favorite charity. (assumed to be from a Concord CA paper)
  Obituary, Port Jefferson Record, 10 Feb 1977: A religious service was held February 5 at the O. B. Davis Funeral Home, the Rev. George Carpenter officiating. Cremation followed at Washington Memorial Park, Coram. Julia VanCott, formerly of Port Jefferson Station and sister to the late Conrad Malkmes, died February 3 at the home of her daughter, Harriet Bieber, in Concord, California. Burial took place in California.
