a. Note:   nventory probated 25 AUG 1865, Lincoln Co., KY Hardin left Nancy Jane, Gilbert Toliver, and other orphans. Perry Reynolds,
 his father, raised some of the children.
  On Aug. 3, 1865 H. W. Caldwell was appointed guardian of Mary A. Reynolds. Later he was appointed guardian for Nancy Jane, William, Martha, Johney, and Tolbert.
