Note: Thomas had a first marriage to unknown and had a son, Richard Collins who was an adult living in King and Queen Co., VA. at the time of his dad's will was written. He also had a son, Joyx Collins who was 13 years old when his dad died in 1752.
Thomas had a brother, Joseph Collins, who was guardian of his children. Joseph Collins died and his will was probated Nov. 1, 1757. This relationship documented by court orders at the death of Joseph.
