a. Note:   Married, by Rev. F. Strong, Thursday afternoon last, Mr. Clemens Greenawa lt and Ida Vanderhoof. This explains why a small but very good natured company assembled at th e residence of Mr. Cornelius Vanderhoof on the date above mentioned. Shad ows fully as large as a man's hand had forecast this event, so to speak , for sometime, and your correspondent, who is sometimes compelled to b e out nights, ahd made numerous observations which led him to a serious p rognosis of the case. The crisis came and peacefully they passed to the E lysian fields of matrimonial superfluity. A bountiful repast was served , the presents were numerouse and useful, and all joined together in wish ing the newly wedded pair peace, happiness and prosperity.
