a. Note:   Walter Vandermark, 72, Dies After Operation-26 May 1935
  Walter Vandermark, 72, of 242 Park Avenue, died yesterday morning in Mercy Hospital following an operation. He was an active member of Grant Street Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife and the following children: Mrs. James D. Walsh, Earl and Russell Vandermark of Wilkes-Barre; Clarence Vandermark of Washington, D.C., and Mrs. Grover C. Kirk of Worcester, Mass.; five sisters, Mrs. Ida Carey of Wyoming, Mrs. Stewart Girvan and Mrs. Joshua Ludwig of Forty Fort, and Mrs. George Hinkelman of Berwick, and three brothers, Eben Vandermark of Wanamie, Harry Vandermark of Nuangola and Frank Vandermark of Nanticoke. He also leaves six grandchildren. The funeral will be held from the home Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 (DST) followed by services at 2 in Grant Street Presbyterian Church, the Rev. Russell W. Annich and the Rev. John B. Craven officiating. Interment will be in ...... (the last part is missing.)
