From 1753 to 17 55 she paid quit rent on 196 acres of 'Montague Addition' and 'Montague Mo untains', and 54 acres of 'Luckett's Addition', but in 1755 her son, Ignat ius, assumed the rents on these tracts while she paid the rents on 250 acr es of 'Moore's Ditch' and continued to do so until 1772. She negotiated h er will in April 1765, bequeathing her entire estate to her son Notley. T he instrument was not admitted for probate in Charles County until Apr il 7, 1775. (56)
