Note: Memorial Service for Tonilyn Sebald Time: 5:00pm - 8:00pmCentral Location: Chapel of Eternal Light-Greenlawn MemorialPark Tonilyn M. Sebald, age 56, of Sheboygan, passed awaypeacefully at her residence late Wednesday, October 23, 2002,after a brief battle with cancer. She was born on October 9,1946 in Green Bay, a daughter of the late Robert and Patricia(Van Ermen) Hoffman. After moving with her family to Sheboyganin 1951, Tonilyn attended St. Peter Claver Grade School,Farnsworth Junior High and South High School. Tonilyn Hoffmanand Eugene Sebald were united in marriage on November 25, 1977in Sheboygan. Prior to suffering a stroke in the fall of 2000,Toni was known to many people for her good natured joy ofserving others as a baker, wedding flower arranger, and creatorof beautifully crafted embroidered photo albums. She wasespecially known to family and close friends as someone whoshared her thoughts, her poetry, and her wisdom through lettersand journals. In the past couple of years, she spent her timeraising several cockatiels and quaker parrots. Toni is survivedby her loving husband and best friend of 25 years, Eugene, andtheir children: Robert Kuehl, William (Tanya) Kuehl, Tina (Troy)Van Ess, Mark Sebald all of Sheboygan, and Michael Sebald ofHowards Grove. She is also survived by nine grandchildren:Brittnee, Kaisha, Avery, Jordan, Samantha, Ashton, Nicole, Alexand Amanda. She is further survived by her brother, Rev. MichaelHoffman of Milwaukee, her loving parents-in-law: Milton andIrene Sebald of Howards Grove, and a special "secondfamily"-stepmother: Delories Hoffman of Sheboygan, and herdaughters, Valorie (James) Parman of Fond du Lac, Cindy (Larry)Carriveau of Sheboygan and her aunt: Katherine Huens ofAthelstane. She was preceded in death by her parents. Amemorial service will be held for Toni on Monday, October 28,2002 at 7:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Eternal Light of GreenlawnMemorial Park, 6706 Superior Ave., Sheboygan, with her brother,Reverend Michael Hoffman, officiating. Friends may call onthefamily at the Chapel, from 5:00 P.M. until the hour ofservice. Cremation has taken place and inurnment will take placeat the Chapel of Eternal Light. A memorial fund has beenestablished in the name of Tonilyn M. Sebald. The family wishesto thank Dr. Charles Black, the nurses, hospice staff andChaplain Ellyn Wheeler for their loving help and comfort forToni in the final weeks of her life.
