Thus, it is impossible at this time to know more about the births or parents of Franciscus and Machtildis. No Roosens appear in the available records for Waalwijk before the marriage of Franciscus. Also, records for "Confraternitas Sanctissimi Rosarii" were found for three Roosen children. As these were the only ones found for Roosen, it is assumed that they are the children of Franciscus. It would appear that they are first communion records, from when the children were about twelve years old (as that is the age that Elizabeth was).
