Note: H. Jean Williams 92, Truro H. Jean Williams, 92, of Mount Pleasant Blvd., Truro and formerly of Richard Street, Sydney Mines, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2002, in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in Inlet, Baddeck, she was a daughter of the late James and Dolena 'Dolly' (MacKay) MacLeod. She was a member of Trinity Anglican Church, Sydney Mines. She is survived by her daughters, Eva and husband, John Lantz, Illinois, Ann and husband, Bernard MacDonald, Truro; grandchildren, Jason and wife, Philippa MacDonald, Auckland, New Zealand, Cari and husband, Harvey Gray, Bridgewater; sisters, Isabel Hull, North Sydney, Catherine and husband, Harry Munro, Coxheath; brother, Alexander and wife, Pearl, Lacombe, Alberta; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Fredrick Williams, brother, Albert, sister, Mabel and husband, Pringle Fraser, brother-in-law, Evan Hull. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday in the Trinity Anglican Church, Sydney Mines, with Rev. Peter Rafuse officiating. Interment in Lakeside Cemetery, North Sydney. A reception will follow in the church hall after the interment. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to the Trinity Anglican Church Building Fund, the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or a charity of your choice.
