Note: Anna B. Salvia 98, Chelmsford Anna B. (MacNeil) (Simpson) Salvia, 98, a long-time resident of Boularderie, died Monday, June 19, 2000, at the Palm Manor Nursing Home in Chelmsford. She was the wife of the late James V. Salvia and the late Harold B. Simpson. She was born in Boularderie, N.S., daughter of the late Neil and Christine Anne (MacDonald) MacNeil. She was educated in Canada. Mrs. Salvia moved to the United States at 17. In 1964, she returned to Canada to retire and in 1993 moved to Chelmsford. She resided in the North Chelmsford section of town and was a member of the Chelmsford Senior Citizens Club. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Audrey M. and John F. McBride, North Chelmsford; five grand�children, Paula and her husband Paul Hodgkins, Madbury, N.H., Ann Marie and her husband John DeRose, Harvard, Carrie and her husband Gary Bond, Cronulla, Australia, Stephen and his wife Lynne St. Hilaire, Lowell, and Kenneth St. Hilaire, Chelmsford, as well as nine great-grandchildren. She was also the mother of Neil B. Simpson of Everett, who died in 1980. Graveside service will be held at St. James Presbyterian Church. Bourlarderie, Monday, July 3, at 2 p.m.
