"The above is all the property and effects of Daniel Tramel dec'd, excepting a claim of 1/4th on a tract of land for which Savage's heirs, the State and Shadric Tramel and others are lawing in the Circuit Court of DeKalb County, Tn. I don't know the nature of the claim. On the 24th day of July 1861 I duly sold all the above property..."
