Note: Grandpa was admitted to Tipton Hospital on Sat. 3-24-1973, of suspected kidney stones. He was complaining of severe lower back pain. They admitted him, kept him comfortable for the weekend, and were planning tests and x-rays on Monday a.m. Before this could happen, he got out of bed about noon on Sunday to go to the bathroom, collapsed and died on the bathroom floor in his hospital room. Dr. determined he had an anyrism on his aorta that burst when he rose out of bed and walked.

Note: (Medical):Was hosp. over weekend suspecting kidney stones.....discomfort in back.......waiting for Monday to do tests. About lunchtime on Sunday, he got up to go to bathroom and collapsed in b/r.......Aorta had ruptured!
