In 1923 he was also Consul for the Republic of Colombia when his business was W Prosser & Co Ship Brokers and Forwarding Agents at 24 Bishop Lane.
In February 1925 the R Hon Lord Mayor of Kingston upon Hull, Councillor Mrs Digby Willoughby and the Sheriff of Kingston upon Hull, Councillor Frank Finn JP invited him to a Civic Reception at the City Hall.
In November 1925 the R Hon Lord Mayor of Kingston upon Hull, Councillor Frank Finn JP upon Hull invited him to a meeting of the Citizens of Hull at the Guildhall.
In 1925/26 he was sent greetings and good wishes for Christmas and the New Year by the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Kingston upon Hull, Councillor Frank Finn JP & Mrs Holland.
