 NOTE: Little is known of John Jans Dorlandt (RIN 2115), son of Jan
 Gerretse Dorlandt, see page 42 and 170. He first lived in Brooklyn and
 Jamaica, and after 1738 in Somerset County, New Jersey. Also do not
 confuse this John with his first cousin by the same name (RIN 597) s
 Lambert Jans Dorlandt, see pages 190 and 232. They were baptized on the
 same day at the same church. Both married a Mary, which adds to the
 confusion.
