 He is listed as brother in law, however he must be a half brother to Ella J. The reason is the oldest daughter of William Kemerer, Jeanette, would have been to young to have been her mother. So the VanLiew man who married Jeanette Kemerer and had Wilmer had to have been married before. Or Ella j and Rosetta R are sister, more likely.
