Note: Died at his home in Oak Grove, MO on the 15th of Sept. 1990. Because the nurse did not get to the house to pronounce the death until after midnight, his death certificate says that he died on 16 Sep 1990. His tombstone also reads the 16th, in order to agree with the death certificate. Both are wrong. DATE: 15 SEP 1990
