 children. To daughter Ann, wife of David A. Dixon, lands in Paterson,
 some in fee, some for life. To sons John B. and James, and to daughter
 Jane, wife of Tatuall Bailey, lands in Paterson for life, and then to their
 children. To executors lands in trust for son Garrabrant for life, and then
 to other heirs, and other lands in Paterson, the income thereof for the
