  DECREE TERMINATING LIFE ESTATE -- MARIA T JOHNSON -- Dec 28, 1951
 Maria T. Johnson died on 26th day of April, 1951, a resident of the County of Napa. On that day she was the owner of certain property, commencing at the Northeast corner of the old George Gordon Gardner tract of land in wooden Valley. On the 11th of Dec, 1936, Maria T. Johnson made, executed and delivered her deed to her children, Frances Marie Watson, Frank G. Johnson, George N. Johnson and William R. Johnson, conveying to them all real property described above, reserving unto herself a life estate for the term of her natural life. Said deed was recorded Dec. 11, 1936, Volume 114 of Official Records. Value of interest for each child was $7,595.12.
