Warren left Washington by wagon and headed west. It is known he was in Winfiled, Iowa, where I know Scherich cousins also lived, and Wilcox, Nebraska. In 1916, I found he had registered for the World War I draft in Yuba, CA. At this time I do not know his route and what happened to him.Warren headed out west around the age of 21 and his family used to hear from him. Went to Winfield Iowa, then Wilcox, NB and the family never heard from him again. I found he was registered with the World War I draft in Yuba CA.
