 Mrs Jason Buchanan
 Mrs mary Elizabeth mcCombs Buchanan, died at 11:45 o'clokc, Monday morning, November 24, 1941, in her home, Washington R D 6.
 Mrs Buchanan, a daughter of Louis and Anna Smith McCombs, was born June 23, 1879, in East Finley Twsp, near Pleasant Grove. In September 9, 1901, she was married to Jason Buchanan, at Trop, NY. For the last 40 years she resided in South Franklin Twsp. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
 Surviving are her husband, Jason Buchanan, two childre: Mrs Leona Bonham, of Amity, PA and Miss Verbel Marie Buchanan, at home, and two sisters, Mrs W C Ryan of Claysville and Mrs J L Ryan of Claysville.
  Friends will be recieved at the home, where funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock November 27. Burial will be in the Washington Cemetery,
