 This is the last will and Testament of me Eliza Wilson widow of the late Major General Roger Williamson Wilson C.B of the Bengal Army residing at No. 16 Suffolk Square, Cheltenham, Gloucester. I direct that my just debts, funeral expences and testamentary expences be paid and satisfied by my executors hereafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give devise and bequeath to my sons Henry Roger Wilson and Thomas George Wilson all and every my personal prperty and also all and every sum and sums of money which may be found in my position or about my person or due to me at the time of my decease and also all stocks, funds and securities for money debts and all and every other my estate and efects whatsoever and wheresoever real or personal unto my sons Henry Roger Wilson and Thomas George Wilson to and for their own use and benefit absolutely. And I nominate constitute and anoint my son Henry Roger Wilson to be the Executor of this my Will and hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time herefore made I declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Eliza Wilson have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal.

  The will being without date but in fact executed on the 17th day of July 1861was proved at Gloucester the 9th day of February 1874 by the oath of Henry Roger Wilson, esquire the son the sole executor to whome Administration was granted.
  The Testatrix Eliza Wilson was late of No. 16 Suffolk Square, in the Parish of Cheltenham in the County of Gloucester Widow and died on the 10th Day of January 1874 at No. 16 Suffolk Square aforesaid.
