Children of Isaac Van Wart and Mary Green These are the heirs at law and next of kin of Abraham Van Wart, late of the town of Pittstown in the countyt of Rensselaer, deceased, greeting: You and each of your are hereby cited and required personally to be and appear before our surrogate of our county of Rensselaer, at the aurrogate's office, in the city of Troy, in said county, on Wednesday the 6th day of August 1851, at 10 o'clock, to attend to the probate of the last will and testament of the said Abraham Van Wart, deceased, which will then and there be offered for that purpose, by Merit Van Wart, (LAWYER) sole executor named in said will, who has applied to said surrogate for the proof of said will, and which will relates to real and personal estate. In testimony whereof, we have caused the seal of office of our said surrogate to be hereunto affixed. Witness, George T.
