On 1860 census with Bridget, his wife, lived in Sanford; working as RR laborer (Varian). In 1870 listed as farmer & RR laborer with 3 sons ( Verein). In 1880 he was still in Sanford working for the RR with 4 sons ( Verian); Robert is missing. On the 1892 state census Isaac is 60, Bridget is 52, Willie is 14 and John is 16; both boys are at home. In 1900 he and William (born June 1878) are track hands for the RR (IVoien) In 1920 Isaac was a widower and living with son George in Belleville, Essex Co, NJ, ward 1 (Verian, but Verran on index). Isaac was listed as from Cork, Ireland.
