Note: d that his family consisted of 1 male under 10 years of age, 1 male 26-45, 1 female under 10, 1 female 10-16, 1 female 26-45. At the present time, he appears to be the best candidate for the father of Sarah / Sally.He signed Church Petition in 1796 requesting the incorporation of a parish at the meeting house on the west side of Whipple Road, north of the tine line, but did not in 1804.(Rutland Co. Vermont Genealogical Gleanings, FHL# 6089162) Wife and children were still living in Rutland area in 1810 and are on the census as Sally Forbes, 3 females under 10, 1 female 26-45. He apparently had deceased. Sally remained in the Danby, Rutland Co., Vermont area through 1820, but is not listed in the 1830 census. Rutland, Vermont Vital Records (FHL# 28779) were searched for marriage entries 1805-1820, but no Forbes marriages were found.
