 Services for Lula Strawn, 93, who died Sunday in an Artesia hospital, were to be held today at 3 p.m. at Denton Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Ron Wesley of Blogett Baptist Church officiating.
 Burial was to be in Sunset Gardens Memorial Park. Pall bearers were to be Tilman Wayne, Lee Beason, E.L. Muncrief, Coy Neighbors, W.E. Brashers and Haskel Kiser.
 Mrs. Strawn was born in Mena, Ark. She was married to James Frank Strawn in Mena in 1901. She lived in Clayton, Okla., from 1926 to 1967, when she moved to Durant, Okla. She moved to Carlsbad in 1970. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
 Survivors include one son, L.T. Strawn, Mead, Okla.; five daughters, Mrs. C.E. Phillips, Mrs. Fred Ash and Mrs. Rudy Voight, all of Carlsbad, Mrs. J.R. Beavers, Riverside Calif., and Mrs. A.C. Muncrief, Madill, Okla.; one brother, Tom Summers, Mena; one sister, Mrs. Joe Cogburn, Antlers, Okla.; 32 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
