Note: e 6. !CENSUS: 1870 U S Fed Census; UNKNOWN !NOTE: -----Original Message----- From: Virginia Arnold [mailto:varnold001@yahoo.com] Sent: Wednesday, February 21, 2007 7:45 PM To: Mary Urban Subject: RE: Elizabeth Stewart-Summers "I just noticed something. Both of Robert's wives that are Elizabeth's I have them born and died the same dates. I wonder what is going on. I got the info .from Patty. Hmmmmm Elizabeth Stewart Elizabeth Wright I wonder . Because Robert marrys in Alabama then marrys again in Arkansas to Elizabeth" Reply e-mail from "Mary Urban" <marylu@urbans.us> on Thu, 22 Feb 2007; "Elizabeth Stewart must have died before 1865. Isn't that about when he married Mary Ann Holcomb Muse? I did find a single Elizabeth Stewart age 20 in 1850 Jackson Co. AL, living with Martha Roberts. There were 3 other Stewart siblings--Willis 18, Mary 16, and Anthony 14. I don't know who these Stewart children belong to though. And of course I can't tell if this is the Elizabeth Stewart who married Robert Summers in 1853." !NOTE: I believe the one buried at the same cemetery is Robert's 4th wife because it does say that she is his WIFE. It doesn't say his former wife. If my Elizabeth Stewart-Summers was still his wife at the time of death then he would not re-married 2 more times. So with that said, I am going to remove her death date information and her notes from her as proof and just put them in as notes. They either divorced or Elizabeth died in Alabama or Arkansas before he married Mary Holcomb. There are no notes of Elizabeth Stewart-Summers dying in Robert's notes. NOTE: !CENSUS: 1880 U S Census; Polo, Carroll County, Arkansas. Page 26, Line 24. !NOTE: I assume this is our Robert and Elizabeth Wright-Summers in the 1880 Census because there is no other Robert and Elizabeth Summers in Arkansas or anywhere in the USA about their age.
