a. Note:   This Anne Hollingshead was daughter of George Hollingshead b. 1697 and Anne Curran. She is named in her father's will. She was born too late to be the mother of the children of Thomas Riggins b. 1690 and married about 1728, which was about when Anne was born. This has to be the husband of Anne Hollingshead, sister of Dorothy Hollingshead. See the tax list below. The wife of Lazarus was Eleanor.
