for and in consideration of the sum of twenty dollars to me in hand paid by the said Calvin Edmundson have sold unto him the said Calvin Edmunson land lying on the beaverdam branch "deeded to me Jno. W Lane, Penny Lane and Zilphia Ginn by my mother Milly Ginn." etc etc
