Purchasers may apply to Vass living in Spotsylvania Co., near Mr. Zachary Lewis or to Major Rice Curtis on the assembly.

Co. and dying intestate sd. tract descended to his son John Vass, his eldest son and heir, who sometime afterward died intestate and without issue, by which the same descended to the sd. Rice Vass, as elder brother and heir of the sd. John Vass, and since the sd. Rice Vass has agreed to sell part of the sd. tract to sd. Stubblefield, the sd. Mary Vass, being entitled to dower in the sd. tract, joins in the deed, etc. For the sum of �45 3s. curr. 150 a. of the afsd. tract, etc. Witnesses, Wm. Heslop, Thos. Towles, Harry Stubblefield, Jno.
