a. Note:   OBIT: Walter Kimbro of Crutchfield Dies Wed. Walter R. KIMBRO, well known farmer of the Crutchfield community, died yesterday afternoon at Hillview Hospital following a long illness. He was 78.
 Born March 17, 1886 in Hickman County, KY. He was the son of the late John and Viola Stephens Kimbro. He was a life long resident of the Crutchfield community.
  Survivors include his wife, Mrs Lois Freeman Kimbro.; a son, William Kimbro of Crutchfield; a daughter, Mrs Katherine Vaughan of South Bend, IN; two step-daughters, Mrs Evelyn Nell Yates of Ukial, CA and Mrs Fern Lynda Barley of San Diego, CA; two grandchildren, Mrs Sandra Trotter of Martin and Mrs Bessie Ann Treadway of Oklahoma City, OK and a sister, Mrs Porter Lewis of Crutchfield also survive.
 Services will be held at 2 pm Friday at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Reb Paul Jones will officiate. Interment will be in Rock Springs Cemetery.
 Active pallbearers will be: Elmore Copeland, Percy Veatch, C.D. Hastings, Turney Lee Byrdm Bill Haines, and George Herring.
 Honorary pallbearers will be: Will Mcclanahan, Percy Moore, Rupert Latta, Virgil Mcclanahan, Lee Roper, Elmer Walston. Friends may call at the Hornbeak Funeral Home.
