 He was an employee of Detroit Broach Company and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
 Surviving are his wife, Ellen Dill Hamet of the home; a son, Carrol Hamet of Greer; two daughters, Nancy Corbin and Linda Vaughn, both of Greer; a stepson, Curtis Rudisall of Greer; a brother, Charles Hamet of Cleveland, Ohio; and three sisters, Alberta Ball of Brevard, N.C., Elmedia Hester of Slater and Sara Galloway of Travelers Rest.
 Services: 4 p..m. Monday at Calvary Baptist Church with burial in Wood Memorial Park.
 Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Wood Mortuary.

  Bob Hamet
  Greer -- Bob Hamet, 61 ,of 108 Golf Street., died Saturday.
 A native of North Carolina., son of the late Andrew S. and Maybelle McGaha Hamet, he was an employee of Detroit Broach Company and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
 Surviving are his wife, Ellen Dill Hamet of the home; a son, Carrol Hamet of Greer; two daughters, Nancy Corbin and Linda Vaughn, both of Greer; a stepson, Curtis Rudisall of Greer; a brother, Charles Hamet of Cleveland, Ohio; and three sisters, Alberta Ball of Brevard, N.C., Elmedia Hester of Slater and Sara Galloway of Travelers Rest.and six grandchildren.
 Funeral services will be Monday at Calvary Baptist Church by the Rev. Gene Turner and Dr. Everette Talbert. Burial will be in Wood Memorial Park.
 Pallbearers: Don Krause, Doug Taylor, Allen Ross, James and Kenneth Hester, Boyce Stamey.
 Honorary escort will be members of the Men's Sunday School Class of Calvary Baptist Church and employees of Detroit Broach.
 The body will placed in the church at 3 p.m. Monday.
