Note: 14 Sep 2010 1910 Census from Florida (Putnam County) has Elizabeth Pinner, age 67 (birth year 1843, so about 16 years off from my data) who was married once and widowed because her husband died. It shows her parents were both from South Carolina. Is this Elizabeth Chancey? I'm thinking it is because she's living in the same county as Erastus, the son of Arthur A. and Elizabeth Pinner. If this is correct, than Arthur died before 1910. The form looks like it says "total number of years since divorce"=1 and reason for separation looks like "D" for death. ***************************************** Elizabeth Gore may be the neice of Mary Gore wife of Allen Russell Benton. Gore and Pinner and Benton familes all lived in the area between Wilmington NC and Charlestown SC, intermarried at least 2 times. Have searched for her for years now since 2000 and found NOTHING.. ********************************* 4 Sep 2010 Finally something new!!!! FL Death Record for son George shows mother was named Elizabeth Warner not GORE, born in Georgia. 1885 Census for FL lists Arthur A. Pinner (age 30, born SC) and wife Elizabeth (age 26, born Georgia) 1885 Census for FL shows Arthur A. Pinner, wife Elizabeth, born in Georgia. Correspondance from Raymond Pinner (3 Jan 2008 via Genforum) indicates that Arthur A. Pinner was married to Elizabeth Chauncy. He also mentions that "Jeremiah Moody was Nancy Warner's brother, and uncle to Elizabeth Chauncy Pinner". Where does the Chauncy come in? If this Jeremiah Moody is her uncle, brother to Nancy Warner---is she her mother? So Nancy must be Nancy Moody Warner. Which means Elizabeth is Warner, like the FL death record shows!
