Notes
a. Note:   14 Sep 2010 1900 Census in Florida has a Sidney Kemp, father of three children (Marrianne (it's hard to read...could be Martha or something like that) b. 1892, Willimetta b. 1897, and Alger b. 1899 all in Florida). Could Emma be the nickname for Willimetta? Birth years are close...the family was living in Hernando County (near Levy county where he died at Cedar Key).
Sidney listed as widower, born in Florida to parents born in Georgia (father) and Alabama (mother). All the children however, are listed as born in Florida to parents both born in Georgia. He never attended school but can read, write and speak English.
Could this be the mysterious Sidney Kemp that so many people say was born in the Bahamas?
