Note: ey until approx,1951, she then moved to Vancouver British Columbia and remained there until 1983 when she moved back to Edmonton Alberta where she remaind until her death in September 1993.Her husband Albert Sterling Risby was a Standard Church Minister.All her children presently live in the Vancouver B.C and California are except her eldest daughter Eldith who lives in Houston Texas. There was unfortunate tragedy in her family as three of her children,Carmen,Donna,and Wayne predeceased her.Jean was a quiet, kindly,soft spoken person.I remember her visiting Grandpa prior to moving away.She was a favorite aunt who would do anything for us kids( hers,and all her nieces and nephews) when we were growing up.Jean passed away suddenly in 1993 and her death was expecially difficult for my father Obadiah Bowen as Jean was his only living sibling.After moving back to Edmonton her and Albert visited Obadiah in Amber Valley often and spent every Christmas with Obadiah and his children up until her death.
Note: Jean Bowen was the youngest Willis Bowen child.She lived in Amber Vall
