Text: In a report to Randy Cole dated May 29, 2009 by Joshua Taylor of NEHGS Research Services (Case Number: 204797-2), he stated that "the land records for Wells, Rutland County, Vermont were incorporated in the town record books, and therefore located intermittently between town meeting records, cattle ear marks, vital records, etc."
