a. Note:   1851 census confirms John was born 1780 so assume he is the sonof James & Thomasine. Breage is in the same area of Cornwall andmany of the Rosemergy families came from there and Sithneybefore moving a little further north probably for work. At marriage to Wilmot, John was a widower, miner of Gwinear.1841 census 60, copper miner, Gwinear, with Wilmot 50, John 10and Jane 81851 census John 71, Wilmot 61, John 20, Jane 17. Name in indexis recorded as Rosemery. John was alive at marriage of dau Jane January 1859, recorded asdeceased in 1861 census. FreeBMD has a death Dec1/4 1859registered Redruth - probably this John.
