Note:   Birth is recorded Town Clerks Office, Stephentown NY. His name was recorder as Frederick Fayette Dickinson, throughout his life he chose to be known as Frederick Joseph Dickinson. This may be due to his Father & Mother divorceing abt 1908 and his Mother chose to drop middle name Fayette and choose Joseph for his middle name (only an assumption by me in that his Mother refused info to both Fred J. and George P. b1906 about there father George Fayette Dickinson.) Mother, Mary Charlotte remarried George Grignon abt 1909-1910. Date yet to be documented. This note written by his son
